LAY-BYS
Lay-by options are helpful when you are making a large purchase and don’t want to pay by credit.
Our lay-by system allows you to distribute the cost of an item over a period of 12 months.
A 10% deposit is taken (considered your first instalment) and when you are ready to make further instalments, you let us know by sending a message with the desired amount and we will raise an invoice for you. Instalments can be any amount at any time.
You will always be sent a custom link to make payments.
Once the final payment has been made, our jeweller will start your piece. On completion (4-6 weeks) it will be express posted to you.
No interest is incurred on lay-bys.
There is no refund on lay-by payments however, for a change of mind or unforeseen circumstances, a store credit will be issued.
